Ketam goreng kari.

I felt like eating crabs, so yesterday, we went to pasar borong and bought almost 2 kg of crabs( which is about 5 ekor because they are big). So today, I decided to to cook ketam goreng berempah. This is the reccipe where you have egg in it not the normal kari ketam. I know is quite a common recipe but punye le jenuh mencarik recipe in the net. I found two related recipes but am not sure how the outcome is going to be.

But yg menyakitkan hatinye today, my landlord sent a plumber to fix something. He was suppose to come at 9 am but nak dekat pukul 11 baru dia sampai. Reason for being late.... went to buy things to fix the plumbing. Dah tau nak dtg today, gi le beli smalam ke. Apalaaaa. Now is almost 12 noon and he is still at it. Malas betul kalau lambat masak. Normally around this time I would have finished cooking and dah boleh relax depan TV.

Okay...he's done. Nak start masak.

Apa nak tulih ni....

Nin's blog is the only one I read because I dont have much time in reading my other friend's blog. The ever slow speed of the internet has also caused me to forget about surfing the net for a longer time. Today, I went into Nin's blog again and i came across a fellow blogger by the name of Shah. BTW nkau kenal dia ke Nin?

He is a doctor. I read his daily stories about his work and I find it so interesting as compared to mine. Nin, do u remember what subject i took when we were in A'level.? Biology.......I was so inspired to work in a medical line and never in my imagination then that I would end up doing accounts.

There are times when I imagined how would it be if I have passed my Bio paper, went to UK doing a biology related course, doing bio research etc. Will my life be as interesting as this guy Shah? But then again Allah lebih mengetahui. So dont complain ye Noni.

This coming May I am going for my Bank's treasure hunting. I cant wait to test my skill on solving clues again. Last year my team managed to win something...hheee no 15. Jadile dapat le balik modal. So this year I hope we can win again. And we are going to Malacca. It might be near but those who already went in the first Hunt said it is tough.

Then in July insyaallah I will be participating in Eco Challenge. (heehheeh subject to "lesen besar" from ayang). Heiissssh I am trying to post photos from last year's eco challenge tapi slownye lah. The venue will be at Janda Baik, just like last year. And in August is paintball time. (subject to approval from ayang again).

I really, really enjoy doing all these 3 activities. Memang best giler. Insyaallah, nanti I will be posting photos from last year's event ( if the net doesnt drive me crazy). Till then, assalamualaikum.

My house 2

I have been very busy due to the Bank's Financial Year End Closing, thus the blog has not been updated since april 3rd. Last saturday (14/3/07) we moved into the rented house. Penat nye lah!!!!!. My body is aching all over but nasib baik today I am on leave. Furthermore I had to wait for the telecom people to reconnect the phone line from my previous house. To transfer the line Telecom charged us RM 50. The technician came to supposedly reconnect the line, but for some stupid reason the earlier tenant had cut the line from the"tiang telefon" (lazy to think in english). And for that service (came and look) I had to pay the technician RM 30. He called the wireman to do some wiring for the phone and that cost me another RM 160.

Thought of reclaiming from the owner but knowing how culcalative he is, we might not claim the money after all. But try je lah. But alhamdulilah, everything seem well. I mean apart from some minor dissatisfaction here and there, I am quite comfortable with this house. Yea, what do u expect from a rumah sewa kan?

So insyaallah, we will be staying here until our new house siap which will be in late next year. Till then, future parties and kenduris will be much more comfortable. Assalamualaikum.

My House

We bought this house somehwere in 2001. But this month will be the last month I am staying here. I have sold this house because we have bought a new one at Mutiara Gombak. The new house will only be completed in June 2008. But due to budget constraint we decided to sell this house and rent somehwere first.

We thought it was easy to find a house to rent, but apparently is not. Most of the houses that we viewed are in a sorry state. They are dirty and yucks i dont think I want clean them up. At first we decided to find a house with a cheap rent so that we can save some money but at last we have to settle for a rent lebih kurang sama with the installment I am paying now. The house is bigger than my current one and is in a move-in condition. It is near to Adam's school and since the house is 3rd from the main road, friends n families wont have any problem to park their cars. So the RM800 monthly rent are more for comfort than anything else. After all we will be staying there for about 2 years.

Am I sad to leave this house? As for me, not really. This house holds a lot of sad memories right from the day we signed up to buy from the previous owner. We had a lot of difficulties, arguments, quarrels, crying (me laa) and so on.

Insyallah, we wont have to go thru the same period again. After all, the older you get, the wiser you would become isn't it. I tried to download pictures of my house but as usual lembap sgt. So I malas nak tunggu.

I am busy like hell kat office, so Nin sorry le tak sempat nak email kat nkau. Before I pen off, I would like to share a sad story. On Sat 31st March, Bad's auntie, who we all call makcik Liza or Tok Auntie (by my kids) passed away due to heart condition. She was 37 and left behind 3 children with the youngest and only daughter, Arissa Sofea age 1 year plus.

Semuga Allah mencucuri rahmat ke atas roh aruah and ditempatkan bersama-sama orang yg di kasihNya. AMIN.
